Inner calm in a chaotic world

Raja Yoga is a philosophy of life that is made practical with the associated method of meditation.

It helps us to attain both happiness and clarity of mind. It sets out in very clear and simple terms a new way of seeing and understanding ourselves in relation to the world we live in.

Lunchtime Meditation – A drop-in session for busy people

Monday & Wednesday between 12.30pm – 1.00pm and between 1.00pm – 1.30pm

Evening Meditation

Monday – Friday 6.00 – 7.00pm

 

All welcome. Free of charge.

No need to book for any of the sessions but please register on arrival.
