Join us for in-person meditative sessions that go beyond simple relaxation. These sessions combine philosophy and guided meditations, using essential spiritual tools to help awaken your true self.

These sessions include exploration of the ‘what, why, and how’ of inner transformation, offering a deeper understanding of self-awareness and the journey toward lasting peace and clarity.

Open to everyone, whether you're new or experienced, this is a space for self-discovery, reflection, and meaningful conversation. You are welcome to ask questions, share insights, or simply absorb the experience.
