Inner calm in a chaotic world

Raja Yoga is a philosophy of life that is made practical with the associated method of meditation. It helps us to attain both happiness and clarity of mind. It sets out in very clear and simple terms a new way of seeing and understanding ourselves in relation to the world we live in.

These online sessions include guided meditation experiences, short presentations on meditation philosophy as well as a chance for sharing and questions.

Drop-in Meditations Online

To join the drop-in meditation practices taking place twice daily from Monday to Friday, you are invited to first attend an introductory session. If the introductory sessions are not convenient for you, please contact us to arrange an alternative time.

After attending the introductory session, you can join the drop-in lunchtime 12.30pm - 1.00pm and evening 5.00pm - 5.30pm Raja Yoga meditations.
